Is this a full design consultation?
No. This is a qualification call to determine project viability. Detailed design work and site visits happen during our Needs & Options Review phase.
Do I need to have planning permission already?
Not at all. Part of our role is to navigate the planning process for you. We can discuss initial planning constraints during this call.
What happens after the call?
If we both feel there is a good fit, the next step is a formal Site Feasibility Study. This provides you with a roadmap, budget breakdown, and initial concepts to move your project forward with confidence.
